Rachel’s Network 20th Anniversary Annual Meeting in Washington, DC

March 23 – 25, 2020

Join Rachel’s Network in Washington, DC to celebrate 20 years and uplift women environmental leaders. Honor the inaugural Catalyst Award winners with new and old friends at a celebratory anniversary dinner and reflect on the role funders can play in future environmental work. Held downtown at the woman-owned and activist-friendly hotel, Eaton DC, guests will enjoy the venue’s art collection, library, restaurant, coffee shop, and creative networking spaces. After the program concludes on Wednesday, March 25, guests are welcome to stay for an optional group excursion to the award-winning National Museum of African American History and Culture.

NOTE: The Rachel’s Network Board of Directors meeting will take place the afternoon of Sunday, March 22, at 3 pm followed by a Board dinner. 

Registration Options

Anniversary Annual Meeting Registration (March 23-25):
Open to current and prospective members of Rachel’s Network, and includes all programming from Monday, March 23 through lunch on Wednesday, March 25.
Before January 31: $1750
After January 31: $1900 (registration closes February 14)

Special Dinner Guest Ticket Options:
Registration for the Anniversary Annual Meeting includes one ticket for the registrant to attend the Monday, March 23 Keynote Dinner and one ticket for the registrant to attend the Tuesday, March 24 Anniversary/Catalyst Dinner. These included registrant tickets are nontransferable.
  • March 23 Keynote Dinner Only – $200
    Open to prospective Rachel’s Network members and guests of current members.
  • March 24 Anniversary/Catalyst Award Celebration Dinner Only – $350
    Celebrate our inaugural Catalyst Award winners and the 20th anniversary of Rachel’s Network. Open to friends of Rachel’s Network.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Special events like this meeting involve the investment of non-refundable up-front costs. Because of this, we can only guarantee partial registration reimbursements for cancellation requests received within the following timeline:

Cancellations by Friday, January 31 will be refunded 75% of each registration.
Cancellations by Friday, February 14 will be refunded 50% of each registration.

No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Friday, February 14.

Guest tickets for the Monday, March 23 Keynote Dinner and March 24 Anniversary/Catalyst Dinner are NONREFUNDABLE.
