Join Rachel’s Network in Washington, DC to learn, network, and celebrate with women environmental leaders. Honor the Catalyst Awardees with new and old friends at a celebratory dinner and explore opportunities to make a difference for the environment. Held downtown at the woman-owned and activist-friendly hotel, Eaton DC, guests will enjoy the venue’s art collection, library, restaurant, coffee shop, and creative networking spaces.

Full Meeting Ticket:
Includes all programming and meals from breakfast on Monday, March 28 through lunch on Wednesday, March 30. Programming for Rachel’s Network Board Directors only begins at 3 pm on March 27 (with an optional program taking place at 1 pm). Registration prices include a $100 land tax that will be donated to the Piscataway Indian Tribes on whose Indigenous lands we gather.
- Early Bird Ticket (purchase by January 16): $2050
- Regular Price Ticket (purchase by February 24): $2200
Individual Dinner Guest Tickets (nontransferable and nonrefundable):
- Monday, March 28 Opening Reception and Dinner Guest Ticket: $250
- Tuesday, March 29 Catalyst Award Celebration Dinner Guest Ticket: $350
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Special events like this meeting involve the investment of non-refundable up-front costs. Because of this, we can only guarantee partial registration reimbursements for cancellation requests received within the following timeline:
Cancellations on or before Thursday, February 11 will be refunded 75% of each registration.
Cancellations on or after Friday, February 12 will be refunded 50% of each registration.
No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after Thursday, February 24.
COVID-19 Health & Safety
All attendees of Rachel’s Network in-person events and guests of our meeting venue must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and must wear masks indoors, except when eating or drinking. Attendees must bring proof of vaccination with them to the event (either a physical copy, a photo of the vaccine card, or a digital passport) and email their vaccine card to us at programs@rachelsnetwork.org after registering.

For safety reasons, Rachel’s Network recommends not sharing rooms with individuals outside your household.
