Universal Access Project Director Seema Jalan Joins Rachel’s Network as Liaison

Universal Access Project Executive Director Seema Jalan, a leading advocate for global women’s reproductive rights, has joined the nonprofit funders’ network Rachel’s Network as a Leadership Liaison. The Universal Access Project, a project of the United Nations Foundation, convenes a unique and innovative community of donors and NGOs to strengthen US support for access to family planning and reproductive health care globally.

Rachel’s Network is pleased to announce Katie Frohardt as an Environmental Leadership Liaison and Paula DiPerna as a member of our Circle of Advisors. Katie Frohardt is the executive director of Fauna & Flora International, Inc. (FFI), and Paula DiPerna is an expert on environmental and philanthropic policy, as well as widely-published author. In these roles, both women will share their distinctive expertise with Rachel’s Network members.
