Women’s leadership is vital right now, but we cannot pour from empty cups. Join the Rachel’s Network community to start the new year right by nurturing yourself with a gentle yoga class. Led by Flow Yoga Center Instructor Pia Economou, these 45-minute sessions will combine light body movements with meditation and breathwork. No previous experience is necessary, and you are welcome to join as many monthly sessions as your schedule allows.

This program is complimentary to members of Rachel’s Network, Advisors, Liaisons, and Catalyst Award recipients. Please register by emailing Program Director Jamie Boese.
